Foundational Strength

4 Weeks

This phase lays the groundwork for everything else—power, endurance, and resilience. You’ll master key movement patterns and build functional strength that translates to real life. By the end, you’ll move with confidence and feel ready for the next, more intense phase of Untamed.

Intermediate Strength

4 Weeks

Time to turn it up. This program pushes past the basics so you can get stronger, build definition, and level up your overall fitness. With an upper/lower split, you’ll hit every muscle group twice a week while still getting the recovery you need.

Couch to half marathon

16 Weeks

Go from your first jog to 13.1 miles without the chaos. You’ll follow a simple running plan and pair it with Foundational or Intermediate Strength so you’re getting stronger as you build endurance. Step by step, you’ll cross that finish line feeling prepared, not wrecked.

Wild miles: Your first ultra  Marathon

20 Weeks

Ready to go all in. This program blends smart run progression with strength and mobility so your body can handle serious mileage. You’ll cycle through Foundational and Intermediate Strength, build mental grit, and show up to your first 50K (or more) knowing you earned every mile.

About Me

Hi! I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, former D1 Rower, and former boxing coach, and I help people build a fitness routine that feels good, fits real life, and doesn't turn into another thing you dread.
My whole thing is this: you should work out the way you want. Not for other people. Not to compete. Not to "catch up" to someone you saw on the internet.
I care way more about daily movement than I do about intensity or how long your workout is. You don't need to crush yourself for an hour to make progress. You need something you can do again tomorrow.
That's how you build something sustainable. That's how fitness becomes part of your life instead of a phase you burn out on. Consistency = Confidence.
